Executive Summary 
 

This deliverable provides details regarding whether data that are processed in SafePASS is adequate, relevant and limited to the purpose and the objectives of the project.  The collection methods for these personal data that are gathered during research activities, pilot demonstrations, surveys and workshops are described, as well as the procedures that are followed, so as to inform the data subjects about the kind of processing that will be done and the period that these data will be available. Moreover, the document presents the procedures and guidelines that are followed in order to minimize these data to be as little as possible and provides explanation on how the data subjects will be informed of the existence of the profiling, its possible consequences and how their fundamental rights can be safeguarded.
