Events and Activities

Another workshop that was held within this reporting period was the CBA and RCM workshop, organised jointly by the MSRC, DNV and RINA on the 26th of June 2021, as part of the preparatory work for the corresponding WP6 deliverables. The workshop aimed at familiarizing all consortium members with the cost benefit analysis process and the registration of the risk control measures. A presentation was made by MSRC on the data collection tools to be used and on the overall steps for conducting such an analysis. The partner’s were urged to follow the proposed template for capturing the cost breakdown and associating a potential risk control measure and its effect in safety.
